TLDR: Go to the SoHo location instead. The staff here is a train wreck and the cashier managed to individually mess up all 3 of my 3 separate return transactions. I visited this location for the first time to return/exchange a few gifts I received. For some of the items I just needed a smaller size, but they informed me that (unlike my experience at the SoHo location) they don't allow direct exchanges and needed to first apply the credits to a gift card. I had three different receipts that covered the items. For the first receipt, the cashier (a short, bald man, didn't catch his name) accidentally returned the full amount to the original credit card used, a family member with whom I rarely speak, so that credit was now gone forever. He apologized and said he'd get it right for the other receipts (spoiler: he wouldn't). He processed the returns for the remaining items, and told me I'd be getting confirmation of the returns in my email with the e-receipts. Minutes after I walk out of the store, I get a text from my wife (the second receipt) asking why a Vuori e-gift card was sent to her. Long story short, the cashier messed up the remaining two receipts and sent the e-credits to the original purchasers, not me. I'm not sure when this location opened, but it really seems like they still have a ton of kinks to work out operationally. Avoid and go to the other locations in the city if possible.

Always love Vuori products and the staff at this store went above and beyond. They were so helpful, made recommendations and brought me every size in the book. Thanks to Michelle, Carson and the amazing Chancellor helping in the fitting room area. Best store ever!

I was helped by Nichelle and Maquela when I first visited the store and I had the best experience. They were so attentive and kind and helped me find the perfect gift for my mom. When I went back to shop for myself I was helped by Carson. They really listened to what I needed and helped me leave with items I was excited about. 10/10 experience both times. I can’t wait to go back!
