My review is not directly about this store, it is about the online store and customer service. I bought jeans online during the final sale. The jeans were not the stated size and the style itself was different from the one on the website. In addition, the shade was completely different. I wrote to the support service, attached a photo, no one answered me for 3 days. Then I called, they said that they would check the information and pass my question to the management. There was no answer for another 5 days and I wrote 3 reminders. After that, I received a response that they sent me the correct product. I like the Sandro brand and I bought some of their things in Paris and Bloomingdale's. Do not deal with Sandro stores and the online store. They have the most incompetent and terrible customer service. Buy better in Bloomingdale's.

Shopped many times here and customer service has been decreasing in quality every time. Simple questions are responded with unhelpful attitude. Would not recommend

They were extremely helpful when I bought loads of clothes there. However, due to not living in NYC when I thought I needed to return a few things- they told me it would be no problem. But when it came time I thought i needed to return a few things they refused to give me a prepaid shipping label and said "since we shipped it complimentary you would have to pay for the label" and did everything in their power to refuse the return. The boutique in Miami was helpful enough to send me a prepaid shipping label. I ended up not returning anything as I love all my purchases. I would recommend going to bloomingdales or nordstrom as you will receive much better service there. Will not return. You should treat your customers the same way when they spend money or come to return. No wonder they have 2 stars

I am an absolute sucker for anything Sandro but this was my first time buying in NYC - and it was an absolute pleasure. Shoutout to Myles who graciously helped me find a very specific item for an upcoming event. The store is gorgeous and the customer service is on point. Will be back (as soon as my bank account allows)...

I really don't understand why this location has such bad reviews! Initially, I was scared to call the store about sale items but the staff here are honestly so friendly. I don't get the reviews that say the staff are unfriendly and rude. When I entered the store, one of the sales associates helped me find the items I wanted and was very attentive to the sizing and styles I requested. The store was also super clean and well-kept and the fitting rooms were nice and spacious. When I checked out, the cashier and I had friendly conversations about the stores in Paris and how long the end of season sale has been going on. He was super nice. Overall, I had such a great experience at Sandro and left with 3 items--totally satisfied.
