The absolute worst online shopping experience. Purchased a pair of black sandals as a gift only for my sister to open them and the shoes were completely different. Looking at the order details the shoes sent to my sister were from a completely different order number and order date. Calling their customer service line, is even more frustrating. Spoke to the worst customer service specialist names Jennifer she offered no help and barely responded to any of my questions. The lack of remorse was astonishing! She seemed zoned out for half the conversation. They also don’t do exchanges for international orders EVEN WHEN ITS THEIR MISTAKE. Do not ever waste your time or money buying from this brand if I could give this brand and Jennifer a zero I would.

I have a few times included pocketbook, book bag, and slippers. I was over the moon to get the items. However; the quality is not there. My book bag is white and has discoloration and the clear liner inside the leather trim of the pocketbook came out. I’m very disappointed about the quality of these products as they were not the most affordable items.

Terrible Online Shopping Experience I usually shop in-store, but this was my first time ordering online, and it will be my last. The carrier service (Veho) entered the wrong address for my home, causing the package to go missing. I waited three weeks for my earrings while the status remained “lost.” I contacted customer service twice, explaining that I needed the earrings for a special event in a week. Instead of taking immediate action, they said it would take 24–48 business days for their internal team to investigate. When I pushed for an expedited resolution, the agent guaranteed I would receive the earrings before my event. I trusted them—and regretted it. More than 10 days passed, I heard nothing, and my event came and went without the earrings. At that point, I had no choice but to cancel the order. In general, the customer service is inactive and unhelpful. I’ve had similar package issues with other big brands, but they resolved them quickly—offering refunds, overnight replacements, or even discounts to make up for the inconvenience. At Tory Burch, all I got was a refund after weeks of waiting and missing the earrings for my event. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand of this caliber. It’s unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful to customers. I’ll never shop at Tory Burch again—online or in-store.

Package was not delivered, FedEx needs Tory to file a claim so I can get a reimbursement and Tory costumer service refuses to do so when clearly they can do it.

The way they handled the order is horrible. they say they delivered in the midnight but we never received any order. who will take the responsibility for my order. There should be signature required. No response to complaint. No resolution. complete waste of money.
