Exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked in, the staff were super friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. Chris helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He answered all of questions, offered helpful suggestions, and even brought out additional items to try on. The store has very unique interior design and great vibe. We enjoyed it there that much that we ended up discussing top10 albums of all time with Matthew and Chris 😃 Overall, our experience at Buck Mason was fantastic. The excellent customer service, combined with the great product selection, ensures that we will definitely be returning in the future.

Superb customer service and some of the best quality materials I’ve come across. This store stood out above all the rest during my travels to NYC, and for good reason! No crazy lines and hype like many of the other stores in the area, with pieces that reflected a refined and timeless style. Highly recommend.
