Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I ordered black joggers. They sent me a yellow apron and charged my card for the joggers. I told them they sent me the wrong item and asked them to send the joggers I ordered. They said they didn’t have them available in my size.and suggested I order another more expensive pair of pants they had in my size. Then said they would only refund me when I send the apron back. Why would a company expect a costumer to spend more time, money, and a resources to receive something they didn’t order in the first place?! I’ve never had someone charge me for something and send me something else than tell me to return it and pay for something more expensive to get my money back?! Why do you expect customers to pay for your mistakes?!? Make this make sense!

Like some other reviews have said - I had a terrible experience with the delivery/customer service. I was sent the wrong item, and was told I had to pay a “modest restocking fee of $10” in order to get my refund (on top of the few dollars it takes to ship back). Mistakes happen, but making a customer pay for your mistakes is absurd. This was almost two weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Tilit does make fashionable, durable chef clothing but I won’t be ordering from them again.

Fit and quality of the shirts were all poor. From 3 different styles, none were of any reasonable quality for the cost. Was denied refund on one shirt for a "stain" which was not a stain at all. Customer service was actually really good, though.

Bought the Miller high life golden tongs from Tilit and at first I will admit I loved them until 3 months past that they gave up, they just busted while at work, and to think that before I bought them I was using a pair of tongs for the past 2 years no lie, and these overhyped, overrated golden tongs bust in 3 months BUMMER!!!!

Absolute trash customer service. Currently waiting on chef pants to be either sent back or delivered to get any sort of refund or replacement. The company messed up and put the wrong address and I am watching it go back and forth from city to city on the opposite side of my state. They will do nothing about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT SEEMS THIS IS A VERY COMMON PRACTICE. I will advise all of my coworkers to do the same.
