As others have expressed, the staff are not there to assist clients. I walked in and was not greeted and while I browsed the store I was not asked if I needed assistance. The 2 ladies working seemed to be pre occupied with hiving their full attention to 2 clients who seemed to be their friends. The clothes were cute and I wish I bough something but the staff was just apathetic to me so I walked out. Hire better staff.

Honestly I love their collection and the boutique. I’ve recommended it multiple times to my friends and on my Instagram! But unfortunately I had a very bad experience with them. I came back to exchange (not even returning) something that I didn’t even open (still in the plastic bag) and they were so rude to tell me that they can’t exchange anything. They were not even trying to apologize. Bad customer service, bad experience, and it’s sad for a « small » store who produces in New York that I wanted to support. They are bad to their customers, they will just pay the price to struggle to get clients coming to their little boutique. I will never shop there again.

I've purchased many gifts here over the years for my sweet wife since long before we were married way back in '04. Always a great collection and such a helpful staff. My favorite store to buy presents for my love. Please reopen. Her birthday is in September.

While I was trying on men were walking through the store continuously to the alleyway behind. The curtains of the fitting rooms are flimsy and blowing in the wind from the door leaving me exposed. It was NOT a nice/comfortable/safe space to be naked and trying on lingerie. The saleswomen were condescendingly polite and disinterested when I mentioned this. Was a fan, but not coming back to this store!

I love Only Hearts! They have such a wide selection of sexy bras, slips, and wonderful gifty items. I came in to shop last minute for a bridal shower and the sales girl helped me find the perfect gift. I also ended up leaving the store with 3 bras for my self! I am a fan of Only Hearts!!!!!!!
