Best suiting experience ever! Ramsey helped my husband with a custom made suit for his upcoming masters graduation. He was super friendly, and was patient explaining all things suits and answering every question we had. The store was impeccable. The manager (Fernanda) was outstanding. We had complementary beverages which made us feel like VIP clients. 10/10 experience.

We had high hopes for this location since my partner comes here often to make purchases but unfortunately, the experience fell short. On a previous visit which was last week my partner received great service, but this time, it was a completely different story. The salesperson a woman by the name of RABIA barely acknowledged him as much as he said hi to her twice she seemed uninterested in helping—almost as if my presence changed the level of service he received. It was unprofessional and disappointing to be acting that way with your client who you dealt with few days ago and on few other prior occasions. To make things worse, the suit alterations were not done as requested, despite proper measurements being taken on the day of purchase by RABIA. For a place that prides itself on fit and tailoring, this was unacceptable. We expected better attention to detail and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience we had today. Customer service shouldn’t change just because a partner comes to a visit with the customer. You’re there to provide a service.

There's not enough praise I can give to Bowen. He was so fantastic, very patient, gave great suggestions, and had a good eye for the suit choices. We ended up buying several pieces! Thank you guys so much again! I hope Bowen gets a raise

Just purchased a suit for the first time from Suitsupply. I’ve bought and shopped for suits from various brands before but my experience at Suitsupply definitely stands out amongst brands at a similar price range. The suit quality is great, it looks fantastic and there are just tons of options for all kinds of tastes. I particularly want to give credit to Owen who helped me with the fits, explained the differences between certain fabrics, and gave me tons of styling options. At the end he even brought out a couple of extra shirts, shoes and pants and showed me how I could dress my suit up or down with them — very helpful! He said it was his job but I think he went above what he had to do, especially since the sale was locked in. Overall it was an insightful conversation about fashion with Owen and I’d definitely seek out his opinion again if I can. 10/10 customer service, would definitely recommend!
