I placed an online order for kids Balenciaga sneakers. Product came fast and on time neatly shipped. Unfortunately, I placed the order a sized way too big for my child but online communication was very responsive with helping me ship back the item. Refund also was applied to my account within a great time. I would definitely place another order through the stores website.

The store has a beautiful selection of clothing, but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Despite the store being fairly quiet, the staff seemed more focused on their phones and personal conversations than assisting customers. I tried to get help with a vintage coat and a Chloe dress but was unable to get the attention I needed. It’s a shame because I wanted ‘souvenirs’ from my travels to NYC, but the lack of engagement from the staff detracts from the overall shopping experience. Seemed like they had a fun Halloween and hopefully next year when I come back it’s a much better experience.

No return policy posted!!! Caution: They do not follow their website’s return policy. We bought a $1700 bag, no one mentioned its final sale nor was it on the receipt, we returned 2 hours later to return and was told no, not even store credit. They do not have formal return policy posted anywhere, so we had to cite NY Consumer Protection law to get this same day purchase reversed. Be careful with them.

I visited the store this afternoon and the staff was lovely, assisted my wife with footwear and she loved them. Thank you! For the review before, the couple was rude to the staff, I over heard that the store even extended to matched the price on their website but they still wanted a refund because they bought another bag similar. Who does that?

Maybe the best new high end multi brand store in NYC. Been a big fan of LVR and love their store in Florence - the build out here is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative which has become increasingly rare in NYC.
