I am surprised to see so many negative reviews here. I came here well underdressed and tired after visiting a ton of apparel stores looking for a nice dress shirt. The sales person (dang it, didn’t catch his name) was super friendly, polite, and provided great recommendations. The shirt was a perfect fit! And they even steam-pressed it for me and put it into a sleeve. Five-star treatment. Definitely recommend this store.

Do NOT waste your time and money buying from this store online - unless the item is for yourself AND there is an actual store near you. I received a Christmas gift from J Crew and needed to exchange/return it, but the nearest store is 2 hours away. So, I called one of the three J Crew Factory stores in town, and they said they could return it. However, when I got to the store, and after 20 minutes of the representative calling around, she said she couldn’t do it. The item was in all of its original internal and external packaging with corresponding barcodes, and had the tags still on. It is a very dumb policy that any item can not be taken back to any store of the brand, not if you’re a customer-oriented business. I advised my best friend who sent the gift never to shop here again, and I certainly won’t. Ann Taylor and White House Black Market will get my primary clothing purchases since their returns are seamless among store brand levels, and of course, Amazon’s return policy is second to none. Went to Bonobos for a pair of pants but they gave me bad service so I walked downstairs to J Crew. They have less quality pants IMO but Gabriel was more helpful than the staff in the Bonobos store.

I used to shop at this location when they first arrived in the mall.. Times have changed along with the clothing line direction for Men's Clothing but nevertheless this store holds a space of indearment in my heart..

Staff here are rude every time I visit, if things don’t go smoothly the employees often have a stuck up attitude. I don’t feel comfortable or welcomed when shopping here. The store is small and never have items I’m looking for. I visit for the convince but better off shopping online so that I don’t have to deal with awful customer service.
