***AVOID*** made an order over a month ago, and received cheap low quality clothing. Had to pay $60 to ship it back and after 3 weeks, I still haven't received my refund. I was told to wait another 2 weeks when there's literally s store downtown that the order could be returned to but this company decides to use an archaic return policy.

Yesterday I came into this Evisu location to do some last minute Christmas shopping, I just want to say Julie was such and amazing help! As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with such beautiful and genuine energy. Julie made sure to help me and make sure I selected the right Gift for Christmas. I usually don’t like shopping in stores due to disingenuous service but Julie made me feel the complete opposite. Give that girl a raise! She brings such high value to this street wear company and if you ever stop by you’re for sure going to get the same experience! The employees here have all the knowledge about the merchandise they carry which justifies the prices. I usually don’t write reviews but Julie gave me an experience of a lifetime during this holiday season thank you so much Julie!!

Worst online experience ever. Never shipped my order took my payment. 2 days after the payment was cleared and taken out of my bank account an verification email was sent. Don't start asking questions after y'all already received payment.
