I started shopping at this store since they opened and have found the service to be excellent, attentive and understanding of my needs and choices. I would like to single out SAMANTHA and NAJIE for their friendliness and honesty. I shop only once a year and am not the biggest spender but I have been very happy with everything I have bought and the help they have extended in their opinions of fit and alterations. Both are always prepared with a rack of edits before I arrive. I would like to suggest dressing gowns/robes in the dressing rooms and global delivery. NY and the Alaia customers live all over the world and should not be bothered with packing and carrying their shopping to their next destination.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! They have a no refund whatsoever policy… they sell you something over the phone and don’t disclose that you CANNOT get a refund at all… staff was extremely rude to me and Dominic asked “if I bought anything designer before?” Trying to make it seem like I can’t afford this stuff or I don’t know what refund policies look like. Extremely judgmental. I totally understand refund policies but he was extremely rude. There are PLENTY of designer stores that offer refunds - Bottega, chanel etc… we have bought plenty - this was a typical shady sales move to sell shoes over the phone when we couldn’t make it in to the store and then say” oh they dont fit? “ Well theres no refunds at all. Dominic was extremely rude to me and I did not appreciate that at all. We will go elsewhere to buy designer and I recommend you do the same. Incredibly disappointing, we will share our experience..

Their aftercare service is horrible. Sold me faulty bag and refusing to help. Its customer service is horrible and not worth the money.

Terrible customer service. They have a 2 customer in store at a time policy (we went on a Saturday afternoon) which resulted in us waiting outside for a while and then once inside we were trying to decide on the shoes we were getting and were rushed out ‘bc other customers are waiting’. Worst boutique experience, you are better off going to BG.
