It felt like fate—my friend happened to pass by the shop late one night when the team was still there after closing. That very same night, she texted me, and we booked an appointment right away. From the start, Egypt and Kayden were fantastic! Egypt personally called to confirm my appointment, making sure we could take the last slot and keeping the shop open just for us. It was the most fun appointment! Egypt, our consultant, gave us complete freedom to browse, pick, and pull dresses, and she totally matched my group's energy. We had music, we had cheese—it was an absolute blast! We tried on all the veils with different flowers, making the experience even more magical. Kayden was right there to bring more options and offer her excellent input. I can't sing their praises enough for being so flexible and accommodating. With my wedding date right around the corner, Egypt completely understood the assignment. Since I didn’t have time for a full shipping period, she helped us find the perfect options with what was available. Tag-teamed with Kayden ensuring we got the best price and could connect with their preferred tailor to keep me on track. Honestly, this experience exceeded all expectations and was far more enjoyable than any other bridal shop I've been to! Not to mention, the prices were excellent, the selection was broad, the pressure was low, and the vibe was high - I would most certainly recommend this shop to any bride in the market!

I just had an unforgettable dress shopping experience at Vivienne Atelier Bridal. My stylist, Val, made the entire process from start to finish absolutely delightful. The store has an elegant and cozy atmosphere that felt very comfortable and relaxing. It might have been because I came on a lovely weekday. :) This was the third store I visited, and I found my dream dress here—a classic style that everyone in my group said yes to. Their quality and price are both outstanding compared to the nearby boutiques, averaging around $3000, but the dresses look like they're worth $5000 and above. The designers they carry are exquisite. Lastly, they are new to the city, but they already get packed on weekends. The available slots on their website are limited, so remember to make an appointment a bit earlier. This will ensure your experience is as great as mine.

I was referred by my bridesmaid to this newly opened boutique In Manhattan for an appointment, and it exceeded my expectations. They carry Vera Wang, Pronovias (on sale now) , Australian and European labels, offering a selection that is more exclusive than other stores nearby. I finally chose a timeless A-line dress from a US Designer Label Iveary. My mom cried for me, making that moment really unforgettable. I also want to recommend their stylist Kayla, who is incredibly helpful and emotionally supportive throughout the entire process. I knew she genuinely wanted me to find the perfect dress rather than just selling me something. Overall, if I could, I would give them 10 stars!

I said Yes! This was the first store I went to. The staff was very sweet and I loved that they had a great selection without an overwhelming amount and very reasonably priced. I also loved that I was able to look through the dresses too. I ended up going to six other stores over a few weeks and was still undecided. I came back here and was able to try on more dresses along with one of my top choices from the first day and when I put it back on, I knew it was the one!! Marie, the store manager was so sweet and supportive. I was by myself and she helped take pictures and videos for me. I am very excited that I have found my dress and really happy it was from this store!! 10/10 experience both times!
