I would like to express my deep indignation regarding the inappropriate behavior of a security guard at the store in Soho on October 2nd. I went to the store to personally pick up a pair of shoes I had purchased online, accompanied by my two children in a stroller. From the beginning, I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed by the security guard’s attitude, as he seemed to be harassing me, making comments about my appearance and asking where I was from. To make matters worse, when the salesperson came to meet me and help me enter the elevator, the security guard made a “stop” gesture as if I was not allowed to enter the store. I was left with the impression that he prejudicially assumed I wouldn’t be able to afford anything in such a “high-end” store. It was only after the salesperson informed him that I was there as a customer that the security guard finally allowed me to enter. This situation was deeply humiliating, especially because I was alone with my two children. In addition to the embarrassment caused by the security guard’s invasive and inappropriate behavior, I also had to endure being treated disrespectfully, as if I didn’t belong in the store. This is not the type of treatment anyone should face, especially not in an environment that should value respect and the positive experience of its customers.

Lovely friendly staff. Great vibe. Searched and had a dress put aside for me at Madison Ave store because they didn’t have my size. Very helpful.

Shopped here for a dress to wear to a party. Bought this beautiful $600 dress and asked the associate, lily, to steam it for me. She said she would, but ended up not doing so and handed me the bag. Very disappointed by the professionalism especially when paying so much for an item. I would have appreciated being told that the dress was not able to be steamed.

Amazing and unique dresses. Service, not so much. Characterization of staff as “not too overbearing” is generous, in fact, they are almost neglectful. I was never asked if I need any help and when I asked for a dress in another size, a lovely sales associate just forgot about my request.

I was helped by two ladies, Essma and one other (cannot remember her name). They were both incredibly sweet and friendly, did not pressure or ignore me at all even though I walked in about an hour before closing. They were very helpful and and gave fun advice while finding a lovely dress for an upcoming summer wedding. After-sales service was also exceptional, Essma was great at answering some questions I had through email.
