BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Do NOT recommend!! Honest review of my personal experience!! Finally processed my refund on 10/14/24 after 27 business days. They held my refund hostage until I took down my first Google review (see emailed proof). Order placed 8/22/24 in the amount: $1,484.00 USD. Order entirely arrived on 08/29/24-came in different shipments. Items did not workout with exception to one item. Requested return through their website on 08/31/24. Return was delivered to business on 09/05/24. Return amount owed: $1,356.00. Website states refunds will be processed 5-7 business days upon being received. It took 26 business days and me leaving a negative Google review and commenting on social media posts for the brand and founder-Robyn Burkley (which they deleted my comments and blocked me) to get actual action taken. Emailed customer service 09/16, 09/18, 09/25, 10/03, 10/09 with back and forth emailed communication until the refund was processed. Was given a variety of excuses. Received email confirmation from customer service my return was received in good condition and refund would be processed on 09/26. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau 10/09/24, the FTC 10/10/24 and will be sending a letter to the attorney general. Upon doing this saw other complaints with same situation including on some Google reviews! Their BBB rating is an F! Do your research! I thought it was a legit professional company since they sell at big department store retailers- I was wrong. Had to open investigation with payment method- and they sent me an email with ruling in my favor. Customer service emailed me stating the CEO (?Jared Vere) was refusing to refund my money until the review comes down, but also admitted they had capabilities to refund immediately if I took my Google review down-even though they told me they couldn’t process refund because of system updates amongst other excuses!! Attorney informed me it was not legal how they were treating me and there were Consumer Protection Act Violations. Please see screenshots of email proof and a screenshot of my initial review!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Worst customer service where you return an item and all they offer after over 1 month of correspondence is a mere 15% refund. UNACCEPTABLE also realy poor quality item and terrible fitting item - it took over 5 months to receive an item. For that alone they should be apologetic or offer something. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I never really invested in activewear/loungewear until I found Live the Process. Not only are their styles so elevated and unique but the quality is UNMATCHED. Seriously I live in this stuff.

Cannot explain how much I love the Live the Process Studio and in-store collection! As soon as you walk into the studio you immediately feel cleansed from the city streets and reborn in a clean and serene space. I took a core focused class and was SO impressed. I felt sore the next day which we all know is a sign of a great workout! The class was filled with incredible and supportive women and was focused on overall daily wellness. purchased my first set from the brand after my class and haven't taken it off since... This is such an amazing experience where I felt warm welcomes and even got to meet some new friends in my city!

Most beautiful studio and was able to wear THE most flattering bodysuit. Felt good ... looked good I will be coming back to Live the Process studio as soon as im back in NYC
