Terrible quality clothes, pretty much a scam company. Clothing is similar to what you get from Shein or Temu, but at 10x the price. Even the label looks hastily sewn on. Definitely avoid at all costs!

The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! It took 5 emails to get a return label for an outfit ordered that was too small. I ended up buying the larger size and explaining in endless emails that I bought the larger size, returned the smaller size (which they received the return) and they ended up mailing the larger size and not crediting my credit card after about another 5 emails advising them. You can’t get anyone on the phone bc they open at 12 noon and even after leaving messages, no one responds. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

I purchased an item in store while I was visiting and noticed a sweat stain on the neckline after unpacking it from the bags it was originally placed in the shop(it was a piece that was probably tried on a few times, so understandable). I reached out the next day to have it exchanged as sweat stains are impossible to remove on white and was given the run around resulting in them telling me to go back to the store. Their pieces are cool looking, but could be better quality considering the price and god forbid there is anything wrong with your order. They offered to replace the items but the agents are rude and don't really care. They offered to replace my item but only after I ship the jacket back and after they "investigate", even then they sent me the confirmation for the wrong item. I advise go to the store and take your time, the sales folks are nice and helpful but everything else is pretty shotty.
