Amazing staff and selection. Online customer who purchased some Gallery Ts. Ordered a size smaller then I should have and Ivan went above and beyond to get an exchange pushed through for me. Prior to that he reached out to let me know that if I needed anything to not hesitate to contact him. Top notch service and will definitely continue to support this amazing establishment!!

the older lady who works there accosted my friend, a literal editor for Vogue, insisting that she is a tourist because “real New Yorkers don’t wear heels”. We nicely asked her to clarify her statement, to let her walk it back. She not only doubled, but tripled down on her insult.

Great selection. Came here for the Nike collab release and asked a few questions. Owner and floor guy was very nice but for some reason the female on the floor was unnecessarily rude to my boyfriend. There’s no need for that.

Was flagged down to enter the store by a very friendly attendant but upon entering was treated very unkindly by the employees, only spoken to when an attendant snatched a coat out of my hands and had me watched as I was in the store. Incredibly uncomfortable and unapproachable environment, I will never return & would much rather spend money at Dover or any of the other concept stores in NYC
