Went in here with a friend today. Security guard said hello. We were the only two people in the store and there were two store employees. One looked me dead in the eye and walked the other way. One couldn’t be bothered to look up from her phone. Neither said hello, asked if they could help, literally acknowledged us at all. A real bummer of an attempted shopping experience

Worst customer service. Walked in to an empty store, 3 sales ladies were there whom all were on their phones scrolling. They have poor knowledge about the brand, the collection and the sizing. I would recommend changing the staff or training them to have better customer service. I ended up ordering what I was looking for online to avoid communicating with the sales staff.

Unfortunately visiting Tibi was a disappointing, exclusionary experience. I ran the bell 3 times and despite no one else being in the store, was ignored until the 4th ring. As I was checking out, another customer came in and was greeted with a welcome in whereas I was not treated with the same respect/environment. I have never written a review like this before, but if you look at other lower started reviews of the store you can see most negative reviews are by POC which speaks volumes.

My spouse and I visited August 21, '24. She's a big fan and has many Tibi pieces in her wardrobe, most purchased either online or from local stockists (Kansas City). The store experience here was far less than pleasant. In addition to limited entry, the associates were uniformly haughty and dismissive, unhelpful and seemingly begrudging of our presence. Nice goods, not nice store.

I love Tibi and am a loyal fan of the brand. However, The customer service at the Tibi flagship store has been consistently poor and unacceptable. Despite numerous complaints and feedback, there has been no improvement in the rude and unhelpful behavior of the staff. This has led to a decline in customer satisfaction and a negative reputation for the brand. It is imperative that immediate action is taken to address this issue and improve the overall customer experience. I recommend to shop online and avoid coming into the store
