The store is absolutely beautiful, and you can find everything you need! The staff was super attentive and helpful. I’m obsessed with this bag. it’s been on my wishlist for so long, and I’m so happy to finally have it!

Went in the day before Christmas and was looking to check out some of the beaded handbags. No single Hi, no offer to help and show the other bags despite me trying on multiple bags myself. There were 4-5 associates in the store who completely ignored me as I wandered up and down the store. There was a comment previously who mentioned that they suspected they were being ignored because they are Asian. As a fellow Asian too I believe that's the case. Shop somewhere else instead!

Not gonna lie, not the best experience. Not greeted at the door, kind of dismissive, and no attention to detail. Went in for a gift, wrapped poorly. Had to come home and redo it myself. I came home and realized I was not even given a dust bag for the bag so now I’m going to have to go back to retrieve one. Presentation looks so poorly done for something that’s supposed to be on the “luxury” side. I love this brand, but not loving the physical store.

Visited the store on a weekend and there were maybe 1-2 other customers in the store. Wanted to check out the Ollie bag and some other dresses for an upcoming vacation and browsed through the store for around 20 min looking at various items and trying on bags. The store associates walked past me numerous times but not once did anyone acknowledge my presence or ask if I needed help. However they did greet warmly and offer help to other customers in the store who were not Asian (do with that information what you will). It’s honestly not the biggest deal in the world but felt really disappointed the first time I visited their store in person as I love their pieces. I ended up leaving and not buying anything due to my poor experience…hopefully they improve their customer service.
