My husband got scam for unfamiliar website and one of the pictures they used was one of Schott leather jackets. I helped him out with dispute and also doing research about the real one. I found out that Schott has a retail store in New York City, so I took him there this time even they have an online website, but we weren't sure what size will fit him. Nowadays, people mostly shopping online even you can return or exchange the good, but it will take time and sometime the new size you get still not the fit on your body. So in my opinion, a retail store still necessary. You can see and feel the real product especially if that product is expensive before you make a purchase. My husband did try on the coat and found the size that fit him. We made a purchase and he had been wearing his new coat every day since.

Had a wonderful experience at the shop. First time going there while on vacation in NYC. The staff was super helpful, and even helped me get a belt my size which was in the backstore (shout out to Felton, who's a real one). This is my first Schott jacket and I just know it won't be the last. Totally recommend going to the store to try on the jackets for yourself and to enjoy the atmosphere of the place. 10/10 experience

Loved the energy of this store. Felt ideal in every way, some limited sizing but they worked hard to find solutions. Especially impressed with Jessie who took the time to hear out my needs and answer questions with detail and was just superb overall

I had a pleasant experience at the Schott NYC store! The store has a wide variety of jackets and apparel for men, not much for women. I wish they had more but it’s okay. I bought a leather jacket this weekend for my Husband for his birthday and I just wanted to give Michelle a shoutout! She was so helpful to the both of us and informative and helped us with everything we needed. Will return again for jacket number two!

Such subpar customer service for a high-end brand. I visited this store with my friend, who is an avid supporter of the brand and has bought several jackets from them. We were ignored by the young woman by the front desk, who later greeted everyone that came in after us. She also later left her desk to walk around and it seemed like she had offered assistance to everyone except for us. The older man also working there did the same. Now, I totally understand if we were left alone because my friend looked well-informed about the store's products as he was trying some jackets on. However, I could feel the young woman and the older man side eyeing/glaring at us for most of our time there. Basically, they seemed to be disparagingly watching and subtly following us without striking up any sort of conversation or offers to help. They had plenty of friendly conversations with and helped the other customers browsing, though. We left the store feeling incredibly uncomfortable and confused as to what we possibly did to upset them.
