I was going to purchase a dress and try on at home as I was rushing to a flight. The lady working there asked if I wanted to try it on and i hesitated to ask if I could try on at home and return if it didn't fit and before I could say anything she made a snarky comment saying "it's an easy yes or no question." I was so angry about being spoken to in this condescending manner that I put back the dress and immediately left the store. I was about to purchase two more items but the unacceptable staff attitude was intolerable to me. For the prices you charge please invest in employees with basic courtesy as they lost you one customer today and lost you more in the past based on other reviews I'm seeing.

I have shopped here a few times before and recently visited this store with the intention of making a significant purchase from this brand (considering how much the clothes are). While I was trying on clothes, I overheard the staff making offhand comments about me without realizing I heard them. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also incredibly immature. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the amount I spend. Moreover, I was taken aback by the aggressive approach of pulling out numerous items that I did not even ask for. It made me feel overwhelmed and pressured. If the staff had taken the time to understand my preferences and needs, I would have been more inclined to make additional purchases. Finally, all the items sold at this store are final sale - no refunds so beware. I cancelled my order as I no longer wish to support a business that condones such unprofessional behavior. I hope that the management of this store takes this review seriously and takes appropriate action to address these issues. It is crucial to create a welcoming and respectful environment for customers. Until then, I cannot recommend this store to others who value SA who truly care about their customers.

Visited the Hudson Yards store while in New York from Toronto this past weekend. A beautiful store with amazing clothes (the colours!) and truly lovely service. I changed my mind on my first purchases and when I returned the next day to exchange them, we were met with the same helpful and kind service and advice as the day before. I wore my gorgeous deep pink cashmere sweater and shell to dinner that evening :)

Yesterday, while I was shopping, I had a positive interaction with someone. However, as I was leaving, I noticed two employees, and it appeared that one of them was being treated unfairly in an aggressive manner. I was quite taken aback by how this particular employee was being spoken to and consequently lost all interest in continuing my shopping experience.

The pieces are decent - don't get me wrong. Most of the designs are chic. Just beware of this one lady at the Hudson Yards store who is outright rude. She showed little to no respect for me while I was shopping there. Also keep in mind that all of their in-store items are for final sale, meaning you can't get return them. I have a friend who bought items there and wanted to get a return, but was turned away, which is ridiculous because none of the store employees had even mentioned to her that she cannot get a return / the items are for final sale. She was also faced with such animosity when she went back to the store to ask for a return with the lady at the store fully belittling her for wanting to get a return. Ridiculous customer service. Could grow as a better brand if they fixed this problem and got rid of rude employees.
