MY ALL TIME FAVORITE!! Rouje is a beautiful persian store with an amazing selection, and the incredible team! The employees are super friendly, stylish, and always go above and beyond to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Their personalized recommendations and warm energy make this boutique a must-visit! PS : Just saw the previous review, i always go there after work hours, i had no issue whatsoever !

Had a great experience shopping for a specific occasion. Employees were very approachable, sweet, and helpful without being overbearing. When I asked for advice they got what I meant and were real with me. Also all their clothes were so cute and when I asked they were from the store. Felt very personal and was an overall great shopping experience!

The Rouje team was very helpful and overall the shopping experience was wonderful, but unfortunately I was not made aware of their no-return policy and was not allowed a refund for an unworn item with tags attached that I attempted to return the day after purchasing. If you purchase an item in store, you are only allowed an exchange or store credit, which is frustrating given how expensive the products are. I hope that the staff begin alerting customers of this policy before they make their purchase moving forward, which would be the fair thing to do.

I hope this reaches a manager… whoever worked in the store on 12/17 and was responsible for closing needs to be fired. I showed up at 6:20 (40 minutes earlier than the posted closing time of 7pm which is listed on the door and online) and the store was closed with lights off and door locked. Reliability is a cornerstone of doing business and without reliability there is nothing. I was planning on purchasing $600 worth of merchandise for my girlfriend’s birthday but will now be taking my business elsewhere…. Not like the store will care since they obviously don’t care about their customers

Like all the girls who love French dresses, I was so excited when I purchase my first dress from Rouje. However, their quality is not worth the value at all! The stripe shelled off after the first wash (I followed the wash guidance) and I reached out to the brand, they just denied their quality issue. Now I know the store and products are just cute on the surface. Their quality and service don’t match their price tag at all!!! Girls, save your $$ for a better brand!
