The worst customer service ever! If you buy a perfume worth $400, the firm must at least respond to emails regarding the received damaged product. Since November 30th (a day after I received my order), I have been writing an email daily in the hope that someone can assist me, but today, December 5th, I have had no luck. Shame on you, Parfums de Marly! I expected a decency of reply, especially if you require adherence to a one-week return policy!

I don’t usually leave reviews but after the service I received from Donna I had no choice. Even after coming in 15 minutes before closing Donna was extremely thorough and diligent when it came to scent recommendations. She even was courteous enough to wrap a perfume I ordered online and throw in some samples. I will definitely be getting any future perfumes directly from Donna. Thank you Donna!!
