Dropped a pair of jeans off for repair over a month ago (11/26), still no progress. I reached out to the store and asked about the status of the repair because historically the turnaround has been around 2-3 business days. I was told denim repairs aren't a priority for them and their job was to sell jeans (verbatim). Meanwhile you can find this exact language on the company website: "Nudie Jeans began repairing jeans as early as 2007 because each pair is meant to be “forever jeans”—the kind you repair, not replace. Today, Nudie Jeans Repair Shops are places to get your jeans fixed (for free), resold, or donated to Nudie Jeans’ recycling program—all to create vintage, not garbage." Attached is a screenshot of the lead-time on previous repairs.

Jamal did an amazing job cleaning up a previous patch and adding a new one, more than making up for a subpar experience I had the time before (staff and jeans are generally great here). Thank you Jamal!

Review for the brand, and for the store. Nudie has always delivered in my denim, but this was my first experience bringing a pair in for repairs......after over a decade of wear. The visit was during the pandemic, but safety, vibes, and service were on form. Really accommodating in helping me navigate pick up when it became challenging, and the repair has been great. Repair, reuse, excellent product transparency, Takk Sverige, and thanks Bowery team!

I came in the store to purchase these jeans this was the price that was on it ( 210 ) i am suppose to pay that but the guy said it was 280 and thats the price I suppose to pay The African American guy with the dreads was aggressive said it don't matter thats how much it cost it was a mistake and i have to pay the original price its not my fault you guys made this mistake the store always empty everytime i go here so why are you guys making simple mistake I suppose to pay the price I see ! The Worse experience ever I shop here all the time never had this experience!! CUSTOMER SERVICE HE WAS HORRIBLE 08/5/2021 im going to dragg this out honestly just because he was rude
