I got the very warm welcome by the staffs do a very knowledgeable product and a gentleman from Trinidad guy The root man Very polite you offer me water he suggested to take a different jacket that I liked very much. His service was impeccable. If you ever visit that store, you should look him up. He will take care of you.

I bought a down coat from them! I gave it to my friend! It cost 1189! My friend lost a lot of weight after trying the coat! When I bought it, the salesperson told me that I could return it within 14 days! Today I went to return it, and first the salesperson said that my receipt was wrong! After confirming that it was correct! Then he said that the clothes smelled of smoke and could not be refunded! The attitude was arrogant and unreasonable! I want to warn consumers: before you pay, you must think carefully! I hope no one will be deceived again! I will never buy any of their products again

Extremely poor quality clothing total waste of money. Brought a jacket within a short space of time holes in pockets. Customer service makes you jump through hoops to get it fixed. Just gave up! Just don’t want to buy this brand anymore avoid an unless you want garbage clothing.

Stay away and DO NOT buy from Moose Knuckle! I bought a coat from Moose Knuckle for $900, and when it arrived, it was way too big and didn’t look anything like the online photo – it was totally off! When I tried to return it, their customer service was rude and unhelpful. They refused to refund me because they said it was discounted, even though I returned the coat within a week, and instead offered me a gift card I didn’t want. They claimed their decision was based on their return policy, but here’s the truth: their return policy isn’t even available to view on the checkout page or the shopping page where you view the items before you click "Submit Payment" - there’s no link to it at all! If you are a first-time shopper, you have no way of knowing about this restrictive policy until it’s too late. Moose Knuckle clearly doesn’t care about their customers once they’ve taken your money.

My son wanted to invest in a high quality winter coat since he’s a few hours north and the winters are much colder. After trying on several coats at a few other brands it was Moose Knuckle for him. His entire experience from being assisted with trying on a few models to the very patient sales rep at check out was top notch. He loved the quality of the material, the warmth, even the color options of the hood and metal logo. The cashier didn’t make him feel embarrassed when Chase declined the initial transaction for suspected fraud 🙄 He loved his parka so much my other son went there to purchase a bomber. Highly recommend.
