I rarely comment on retail locations but I was quite pleased with this MANGO location. There was a gentleman (I wish I grabbed his name) who basically offered me concierge service…I didn’t lift a finger for a size and walked up to the register with nothing in my hand as everything was waiting for me. As someone who loves to shop this is not always the experience at other stores of which I will not name “ARAZ” (I will provide a word scrabble however).

I just want to take a minute to say how absolutely delightful and kind the team was today when I went in to shop. Lots of genuinely friendly and helpful interactions with multiple employees, but especially Milli. Y’all are doing an excellent job and your friendliness is appreciated!

It was my first visit to this wonderful store ✨ Service was excellent, girls (Jainoir, Daizy, ..) was so kind and helpful🙏 I so appreciate for their attention🥰 Also store is pretty clean and it was comfortable trying on clothes✨ I recommend this store and for sure you’ll love it💛

This is the first time something like this is happening to me from buying online. I placed an order several weeks ago for pick up at the store since I work nearby. I did not get an email notification that the item was shipped or delivered. Therefore I called several time the Mango store located on Broadway and no one answered the phone. Then I called the customer service line and spoke with 2 agents twice and they both said it was delivered to the store on December 10th. After speaking with those agents and getting an email confirmation from them that my package was ready for pick up, I went to the store. The employees were nice and were trying to help since I did show them the email. After waiting for 30 minutes for them to not be able to find my package, I gave them my number to call me if they find it because this was just ridiculous and I couldn’t wait any longer. If I knew that picking up at a store would have been so poorly executed, I would have just shipped it to my house. After sending the customer service an email regarding this incident, they said they would look into it. I’m still waiting for an update on an item that was already paid for.

Love the colors of the cloths there . Those are my kinda colors . Lovee the materiel. Price is little high but this is a brand ! Some of the designs were really unique . Btw, I was there for 20 min & besides the security guy no one even bothered to say hi, if I need any help . Store wasn’t even busy much !
