    I’m writing this to let everyone know about the terrible harassment I’ve experienced at Brookfield Place location on November 29th during Black Friday. The encounter involved not only personal harassment but also clear instances of racial and gender discrimination, as well as inadequate support from your store staff. I was browsing the discounted men’s pants rack, flipping through the items from left to right to find something suitable for my husband. While I was standing at the far right of the rack, a tall man, approximately 6’3” (1.9 meters), standing to my left, aggressively shoved all the pants back toward me and said, “Chill out.” Initially, I ignored this behavior and continued looking through the rack as usual. However, moments later, he again forcefully pushed the pants into my arm, making contact with me, and repeated his warning to “chill out.” At that point, I responded by telling him that he was overreacting and that my actions were completely normal and unintentional. He insisted I should have apologized immediately, which I did to de-escalate the situation. However, he refused to apologize for his aggressive behavior and instead sarcastically remarked, “Thank you for apologizing; you’re so rude,” before walking away. Later, while exiting the store with my friends, I saw the same man making obscene gestures toward me—raising left middle finger and pretending to touch his temple mockingly. I confronted him in the store, calling out his racist behavior. He feigned innocence, denying his actions. A female staff member intervened, saying that our interaction could disrupt other shoppers but did not address the harassment or offer support to me as the victim. Another male employee later asked me a formulaic, “Are you okay?” before promptly leaving without taking any meaningful action. This individual’s behavior demonstrated clear hostility and targeted harassment, specifically against me as an Asian woman. His smug attitude and confidence in avoiding accountability suggest that this was not an isolated incident but rather a deliberate attempt to intimidate a vulnerable target. I am deeply disappointed in Lululemon’s response during this incident. Despite your company’s public stance against hate and discrimination, no staff member showed genuine concern or took steps to address the harassment I faced. As someone who values diversity, equity, and inclusion, I expect your team to uphold these principles in practice. As an Asian woman whose first language is not English, I want to emphasize that no one should face such treatment based on their race, gender, or perceived vulnerability. I hope Lululemon will take this matter seriously and ensure a safer and more inclusive shopping environment.

    Went in to pick up an online order. After I tried it on and realized I had gotten the wrong size, so went to exchange. Was rudely told by a woman behind the desk, not even the woman who was helping me, that I would have to wait a day to exchange. Was given a very confusing explanation of why I wouldn’t be able to exchange what I had purchased. Overall, definitely needs some fix with whatever online system prevents you from exchanging a pick up order on the same day, and also some better costumer service.

    When I went to that store the other day, I bought three items. The first guy who helped me check out was really nice and considerate. After I left, I realized I had bought something wrong, so I went back to exchange it and return the wrong item. However, at the cashier, a white woman with dark hair was very rude and had a terrible attitude. She kept sighing and making tsk noises throughout the return process.
