Ana De Ortiz did an amazing job tailoring my 8 pairs of jeans. She was extremely down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and her works speaks for itself. Staff greeted everyone and followed up if we had any questions or looking for anything specific. Will be coming to Ana for any future hemming : ) Thank you Ana!

THIS IS A COMPLIMENT WITHOUT RESERVATION. Shamari is a great representative of Levi’s. First of all, he’s a gentleman, as well as: Knowledgeable about the entire Levi’s product line Smart Welcoming Patient Possessed of a wonderful personality and an excellent sense of humor. I had a perfect shopping experience thanks to him. He deserves highest possible points in any and all categories.

I wanted to buy a pair of jeans for my friends and myself since we don’t have a Levi’s back close to us, back home. An employee I asked was absolutely so clueless or just didn’t want to help he said his name was Marcus or mark and after speaking with him I really didn’t want to buy anything. 1/5 horrrible customer service
