I had a great overall experience at the Le Labo perfume store. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and the ambiance was lovely. However, the strong scent in the store made it a bit challenging to differentiate between some of the individual fragrances. Despite this, I was able to find a scent I love, and I would still recommend visiting for their high-quality perfumes

A Luxurious Manhattan Perfumery Visiting this chic Manhattan perfumery was a standout experience. The shop’s stylish ambiance set the tone, but the highlight was the sales associate Gisele — who was knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate. She perfectly guided me to a fragrance I adore. Gigi was so helpful too. The quality of the scents was exceptional. It’s clear that this isn’t just a shop;it’s a place where scent becomes an art form. If you’re looking for a luxurious, personalized experience, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! I certainly will be returning !!

David was so kind and nice. He explained everything in detail, and he didn't make me feel pressured at all. Thanks to him, my memories of Le Labo are even better. And it was even more comfortable because he could speak English and Korean.

Today, I coming at Le labo store and it is a lot of perfume. I am try to smell all of it but wasn’t sure with one I like. And Andres very helpful to me. He gave me a choice of Jasmine 17, Neroli 36 , The Matcha 26, Bergamot 23. And I love Neroli 36 when I first smell, the scent is floral but very light. And Dionelle help me to get Perfume ready and label my name on the bottle as well. Thank you for good a service. This will be my unique scent of my pre birthday gift.
