The hand pomade with basil is an outstanding product, it has excellent texture and offers a long lasting hydration, perfect for combating NYC's winter dryness. While the store was busy, the staff was attentive and gave info and recommendations about the other products.

I love its specialty perfumes, candles and lotions. This time, I bought for my sister in Philippines. Though space is limited, the staff is very accommodating, respectful and efficient.

Honestly never thought I’d own a Le Labo scent, I’m more fond of Bond No 9 and Xerjoff DNA. To my surprise I fell in love with Myrrhe 55 (probably the sweetest floral they have) which I was lucky to find. Shanghai is one of my favorite cities with very fond memories of my young-adult life so thank you to Charles the sales associate who recommended it! Their best scent in my opinion, very timeless.

I came into the store looking for a refreshing scent for myself and a gift for my sister and brother in law for their new home. I cannot tell you how kind and thoughtful Kossivi, Bella, and Annie were in helping me find the perfect items for myself and my family. They were attentive and patient with me and the other customers in the store. Cannot recommend this store and the employees here enough.

I visited Le Labo today after accidentally breaking my favorite perfume, and I had a fantastic experience thanks to Charles, the manager. He went above and beyond to help me find a replacement and ensured I left the store satisfied. His genuine care made all the difference. The entire Le Labo team was welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Thank you, Charles and the Le Labo team, for making my day a little brighter!
