I love this store and have had several good interactions with sales associates. I read over some of the other reviews and honestly waiting outside for an associate to become available is not uncommon. I was in NYC this week and it was absolutely frigid and I had to wait at several stores. Unfortunately, their have been too many robberies and companies need to ensure the safety of staff and clients.

Like some other posters, I had a strange and off putting experience. The front doorman would not let me into the store even as 2 others exited, said I had to wait for a sales person to come get me. I was wearing a Celine purse, Moncler coat, diamond earrings but apparently did not pass muster. No apology, no time estimate, and it was freezing! Message received — I’ll buy a different designer belt from any one of the many options in the neighborhood and wont come back.

Walked over to the store in Soho to purchase the medium Lotus, which I spotted on line but decided to go in person. Apparently, I did not pass muster, because they did not even allow me to walk into the store!!!! I realize that I was not dressed to the nines on a Sunday afternoon, but how disgusting. Never, ever will I buy anything from you. Plenty of places sell $2500 bags, with a far far better attitude.

Having traveled from New Jersey to visit this store to try on dresses for my rehearsal dinner, I was disappointed to find that the air conditioning was not working, making it uncomfortably hot inside. Despite the store's beauty, the excessively hot temperature took away from the overall experience.
