The assistant manager who gave us a full and welcoming experience, show us and provide my daughter by engraved her 1st limited editions Jo Malone bottle with color cap that she liked and many more unexpected complimentary service. LOVED 😍😍 definitely go back there again.

My boyfriend and I were trying to find a housewarming gift for friends, we were immediately greeted by the salesperson, Emory. He was absolutely wonderful! He gave us such amazing recommendations, information and scent profiles/notes on all the fragrances that we ended up buying much more than just a housewarming candle! He even offered to engrave the candle in store while we waited to give it an extra special personal touch! Emory is the type of company team member that makes it an absolute joy to actually go and shop inside of the store in lieu on online shopping. Knowledgeable, personable and extremely kind, not to mention the products he recommended are incredible! We will definitely be back to Jo Malone, specifically to interact with Emory! I was looking for a particular gift set for my girlfriend and I'd called at 9:45 hoping someone would pickup since they technically open at 10am. Sure enough someone did and his name was Damien. Not only was he able to locate what, I was looking for he also told me about the special promotion they were having and it was the last day. He was able secure the products I was looking for and was able to give me the promotional product. And he sent me the tracking number all within 30 minutes of my order. You can't ask for a better sales rep who understands customer needs and requirements. Thank you again Damien.

Took my maids of honor here to choose fragrances unique to them and engrave their bottles for my wedding day. Damien, who assisted us, was so helpful and pleasant. He was patient with each of us throughout the whole process! He definitely made the entire experience more enjoyable!
