The best customer service I have ever come across. I will never forget how Nelly made me feel and her kindness. I LOVE the quality of Hatch clothing- it’s incomparable. I recommend their Pajamas to everyone, pregnant or not! I’m 3 months postpartum visiting family for the holidays and I get so many compliments on my Hatch PJ’s! I get the price tag can give you pause, but they’re worth every penny.

Love the clothes and can often get a lot of use postpartum with many styles. The two women working in the shop were helpful and welcoming when I stopped by. I also frequently buy from their site often. I dropped my rating one star because the partnership they have chosen for shipping services is not up to modern day standards and should be re-evaluated. Speedy delivery is an expectation of a luxury brand like this. They don't offer free shipping and the wait time is generally close to two weeks before the package arrives, even though it's via FedEx. When you're pregnant and trying to feel confident in your clothes despite all the changes happening, the last thing you want is to re-wear your ill fitting clothes.

I had a fantastic experience recently shopping in this store. I was greeted swiftly upon entering with a smile and friendly (but not pushy) welcome offer to help me find what I was looking for. I was pulling luggage with me as I was traveling and only in the city briefly which they immediately offered to stow behind the counter so I could shop comfortably. I asked about over the bump jeans and was immediately guided to exactly what I was looking for and the cherry on top, it was on sale! Loved that they were up front about that and put me at ease to look for additional items. I waited about 20ish minutes for a fitting room as two friends were using the available ones. During that time I was checked on several times, offered water, refreshments, and if I was in a time crunch, a make shift dressing room if needed downstairs. I wasn’t in a big rush and glad I waited. I ended up trying on two pairs of jeans and left with one and the other is being shipped to me from another store. In my opinion, Hatch is on the high end (both quality and price) of the maternity stores to choose from and though I’m not normally a big high end shopper, I believe in quality. I felt that my entire experience from service to the quality of the items I purchased exceeded my expectations and therefore justified what was a splurge purchase for me. One other thing I observed and thought showed how much their associates care about their customers: a first time mom was having the hardest time deciding on a dress for an upcoming event. After spending what I would guess was a fair amount of time working with her, the associate offered to hold the dress she was on the fence about for a couple days so she could think about it without feeling pressured and even mentioned some other maternity stores in the vicinity she might try. I believe she and her friend did purchase some items but knowing that they cared more about helping her find the RIGHT dress rather than pushing the upsell really impressed me.

NELLY IS LEGIT AMAZING. This kind of customer service is top notch!!!! I ordered a pair of maternity jeans, but unfortunately, the sizing that I ordered was wrong. She told me the new size was sold out but she would call me when they came in. Of course I figured she would forget buttttt Shockingly!!!! — she remembered me and waited for my right size to come into stock. As soon as it did A MONTH LATER she called me and I sent the other jeans back for an every exchange. It’s truly amazing that she remembered me after a month and I have never seen that before with any other business I’ve ever ordered from in my life. Then she even checked in on me to make sure the new jeans were the right size. I got the right jeans and I appreciate her so much!!!
