this store is everything. the space is so big and mesmerizing, and there is plenty of stock to look through. i went in looking for my birthday outfit and the team was more than willing to guide me through the items. they know the inventory very well so they provided me different options that matched the vibe i was going for very quickly. I loveeee my look and i cant wait to wear it. shoutout to the team of absolute sweethearts who made my special day even better!!

Such a beautiful store and wonderful team. I went to find my birthday outfit and the staff was so patient with bringing me different styles and sizes to try. Def recommend visiting if you cannot decide what size to order online or how something would fit on you.

One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been a fan of this brand for years but it is hard for me to buy it as I don’t live in the US so I’ve often had to pay high shipping for it etc. I was really excited to come and shop in person at the brand’s first store but the experience has put me off ever buying again. I had to wait in a 40 minute line outside the store with 2 people ahead of me. There were only 3 people inside the store and when it was my turn inside, again only 3 of us could shop at a time. The main issue I had was how rude and stuck up the staff were, very bitchy girls who act like you’re not good enough to be there and that you’re disturbing them if you ask for assistance. Don’t bother wasting your money on this brand and let them continue just giving it away to influencers and celebrities for free. A very big shame.

I don’t normally shop in stores like this but wow! What an experience. The store is nicely organized and well stocked. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating. I will certainly shop here again.
