Good taste, poor quality. A shirt I bought from them discolored after the first wash. A year in, the stitches are fraying. I’ve seen better quality from Urban Outfitters.

I see a lot of bad reviews online with the service, but when I came here, I did not have any bad experience at all. I came in and checked if they had the jacket I wanted, and they had 1 left, and the Sales girl was pleasant. I would come back if I'm I'm NYC again. The only thing when I went 11/2022, there was a line outside to get in. Hopefully, that's not a thing anymore since covid is done.

I'm not from the area but I've known this brand for years, however I could not risk ordering online as in case the size is wrong, it'll be a huge hassle for returns. Finally, I had a NYC trip this year and I literally reserved a date and times to visit both locations. I was surprised to see such negative reviews towards the brand, however upon reading, it's mostly the in store experience, not the quality itself. I still went despite such negative reviews. What I like about the brand is the timeless aesthetic. With it being on the pricier side, I expected high quality clothing. It disappointed me a little to see a few loose stitches. While the Crosby location really gave me an unwelcoming vibe, Bianca from Stanton made it a pleasant experience. She greeted me as soon as I came, acknowledged my presence and overall very helpful and polite. I don't need a red carpet experience but to be treated decently despite background or clothes I wear, that's something I appreciate. Thanks Bianca.

I had a good experience today at TFS, better than the one at Crosby. Luckily they had the size I needed. The store was a bit crowded but expected for a Sunday. This location is more intimate. Overall would go back.
