Honestly a real shame. I did get my shoes 12 days after I ordered them, which was too long, but whatever. I wanted a bigger size because the shoes are technically one or two size smaller than what your normal shoe size is. It was squeezing my feet that led to uncomforted pain. I called and emailed, and… nothing. Don’t think I can return/exchange them at all, and apparently the store doesn't exist in the city, so I can’t bring them in person. Sadness. 😔

ZERO STARS. The shoes took a month to arrive and are entirely too small. I'm between a 5.5-6 normally and I ordered the 6. I have reached out via their website email system (3) times over the last (3) months with no reply although the exchange tickets automatic response states they'll respond in 24 hours. I've called at least a dozen times and it's an automated system that says no one is available. The shoes looked great and I was excited to exchange them, but at this point I simply would take a refund considering their customer service is truly non-existent. I hope I get my exchange or money returned before the company inevitably goes out of business.

I just want to know if this company is the same company as BrightLightKicks. If so, this company is a scam and I have reported them to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, and The Shop App as being a scam website. I ordered back on November 19th and my package has no tracking number. I also have sent around 7 emails as well as Facebook messages regarding my package, and no one will respond to any of them. It's suspicious to me that this company is also in New York, and close to where the other store would be.

Great Service!! They shipped a pair of black Led sneakers I bought from them in 3 days. The shoe was exactly as described without defects. My kid is so excited, He's already in love with the shoe. Great customer service as well, will definitely get another for my nephew.

They do not get back to you when you need returns and exchanges. I have emailed and tried calling several times with no answer and it has been over a month. They make you respond within 7 days but then don't respond. I just want a simple size exchange as the shoes run small. Really wanted these for my wedding but again, have heard no response. Im afraid they are a scam.
