I’ve been trying very hard to get in contact with their customer service and management about a product quality issue of their Halsey cropped tank in grey. I’ve called and I’ve emailed. Despite my attempts, their manager Virgina has not replied to my request for replacement or refund. I wouldn’t have asked if I didn’t find it valid. 88 dollars for a tank top that curls up (on its own… from day 1…) and no amount of steamjng or ironing can resolve. Her only response to me is “that is the style of that fabric for that color only”. I own the white one too… and it doesnmt do this. To which the reply waa, “ Apparently all other colors of this tank don’t “curl”. If that’s the case, your samples in store should look like that and you should declare it, too. Thanks, ALC. Won’t be buying anything from you guys again. I don’t mind paying a lot of money for clothes but if you charge 88 for a cropped tank, I expect better quality and much better customer service than this. Update: Manager really refused to give me even an exchNge for a different color given the lack pf transaprency in how this fabric differed in movement vs other colors. Terrible customer retention guidelines - or they may just not care. Manager is also insistent that because I used their welcome offer (15% off regular priced items) it is final sale despite their website saying otherwise… and also insinuating I should be happy with the wuality of the item purchased becaude it was at “discount”. Super disappointing. There are definitely other American fashion brands within similar price ranges to patronize - Anine Bing, Agolde, Reformation, etc. who have impeccable customer service and assist without fail.

I made an appointment to try on some bridal dresses and Liz could not have been more helpful. The Soho store didn't have my size but she found one at another store and had it shipped to me, plus told me about a deal the store had on jewelry. I will be back!

Titziana Is amazing… ended up buying a few beautiful dresses for my trip and a wedding abroad. She showed me everything and was so thoughtful with the selections. She was so patient and recommended so many styles I loved! Shop with her!!

I bought a dress from their website it was a final sale. I took a risk and i must admit the price was lower than any other website. However, the style does not suit me. On the photos the dress has much more coverage but in reality it is much less and the size is right. I will try to resale it however, from the marketing point of view maybe A.L.C. made their sales but unhappy customer will not return!

We visited NYC from Idaho and A.L.C. was on my list as I had tried on a sweater of theirs at a boutique in my hometown. The product is incredibly well made. But to top it off Jessica offered us exemplary service and attention. She knows the product well and was able to help me obtain proper sizing of the items I was interested in and suggested a few things I hadn’t thought of that we ended up purchasing. After I left I decided to order a few more items and she helped me make it a very smooth and simple process. It was a great experience and I look forward to visiting again next time we are in New York.
