9th Street Vintage has got to be one of my favorite stores in all of NYC! Not only do they have some of the best curated true vintage (1920s-1970s), but their store employees are some of the kindest as well! Every time I visit, I'm always greeted by their friendly faces who are more than happy to help you find what you're looking for or tell you about their story, which you simply don't find very often in NYC nowadays I think. At the wariness of many people who see the prices and disagree of them, I must tell people to keep in mind the sheer amount of time behind curating such a beautiful store as 9th Street. These are some of the most dedicated, connected, and knowledgeable people in the vintage business who devote much of their lives to it! These items are mostly one-of-ones, pieces you cannot find at a regular clothing store. They have an illustrious history behind them and have lived a life before they found their way to you! I will keep coming back to 9th Street Vintage for as long as I can, keep up the amazing work!

This is one of my favorite vintage stores in NYC. For a small space it's packed with amazing finds. It's so well curated and I always trust the quality of the pieces. The owners are so helpful and knowledgeable about vintage clothing. I especially love the pieces they get from Dated Vintage; great denim and truly unique tops.

I walked into this place with 1k cash in my pocket, ready to bring something special home to SF. I know New York vintage is overpriced, but I also know this is a curated shop and Tony has a good eye. I asked to see something on the wall and I was scoffed at by the sales girl “sure but that’s $650”- I turned around and left, so rude. I know the things on the wall are special. My friend who was with me even mentioned the attitude after we left. I was wearing a 1940s signature blouse, like the one hanging on their wall, not sweatpants. Probably time to hire a shop girl who knows the clientele.

This vintage shop has a wonderful eclectic collection full of extremely rare finds, sports a fine reputation at 10 years in business, and seems to be a hit spot for celebs! Also, their window display is always top notch. 🤠 Items are from the 1930's, 1960's and more, ranging from $200-$2,000. Lots of Levi's for $200. I noticed a darling 1950's rayon corset at $200, yet I think it should be more about $100, as a custom corset runs $300, but there are definitely many unique picks here if you need to stand out or throw back.

A cozy little vintage shop in the east village. They have a well-curated collection of denim, and other treasures from the early-mid 1900s. The staff is helpful and quite knowledgeable. Definitely worth stopping by when you’re in NYC; you never know what you might find.
