    @gap This month, we purchased items at Gap Factory (915 Ridgewalk Pkwy, Woodstock, GA 30188) for a special occasion, but after just one wear, the quality was awful. We called customer service and were told to go to the store for a refund due to poor quality, as it wasn’t an online purchase. However, when we arrived, the store refused to help. It’s very disappointing that GAP, once known for great fabrics, now sells low-quality items and doesn’t stand by their products. 😲💔 To make matters worse, we drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to the store, only to be denied any solution. This is an insult to loyal customers like us, who have trusted this brand for years. In the past, their knit fabrics were excellent. I still have Gap items that have withstood years of washing and remain intact. Now, not only do their products fail to meet even basic standards, but the company refuses to stand behind their poor-quality items. It’s disheartening to see a brand I once valued so highly disregard its customers in this way. I do not recommend Gap. If you’re thinking of buying here, think twice. It’s not worth risking your money on low-quality products with no satisfaction guarantee.

    Status: During a recent phone call with your support team, I was explicitly told that my case was closed and that my account balance was $0.00. I was assured that I would receive a confirmation email to this effect. However, when I insisted on staying on the line until the confirmation email was received, the call was abruptly disconnected by the agent. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also highly suspicious. 2. Failure to Provide Confirmation Emails: Despite being told multiple times that my payment has been received and that my account balance is clear, I have yet to receive any written confirmation. This lack of documentation is alarming and raises serious concerns about the integrity of your company’s practices. 3. Continued Harassment for Payment: Even after being assured over the phone that my payment had been received and my account was settled, I continue to receive demands for additional payments. This is completely unacceptable. It is clear that Gap is engaging in misleading and potentially fraudulent practices by not honoring verbal confirmations and by failing to provide written proof of account status. 4. Potential Scamming Practices: The way this situation has been handled strongly suggests that Gap may be intentionally misleading customers to extract additional payments, despite having already confirmed receipt of the required funds. The refusal to send confirmation letters and the continued demands for more money, despite confirming that my account is settled, indicate a pattern of deceptive behavior. 5. Unprofessional Conduct: The fact that an agent hung up on me when I requested to stay on the line until I received written confirmation further supports my concern that Gap is not operating in good faith. This conduct is entirely unacceptable and has only served to further erode my trust in your company.

    Gap claimed that my order was fraudulent, could not explain why, and did not help to process it. They just canceled it before Christmas.

    I love Old Navy and Gap clothing, however, I recently had to return a dress I purchased from GAP online and after over 15 days I still haven’t received my money back. They received the dress on 08/08 and today is 08/23 and I am still waiting on the refund. It’s ridiculous that a company hold their customer’s money for this long. I called them and they stated they have a 10 business day policy to give the money back to their customer. Well, that’s TOO much time to process a return, and in this case that time is overdue!! Do you guys still use Typographers or old computer machines to process refunds? I am starting to wonder… this is so disappointing

    Return items and have called 5 days in a row different times. On hold for with all calls between 45 to 1:20 minutes no one ever picks up. Called corporate you get the telephone prompt no help that way either. Returned packages 15 days ago, money has not been returned! Who do you call? Poor customer service and can not even email.
