This Splendid store specifically has amazing staff as well as great products in stock. I needed help getting a few outfits together quickly before an event, and the employees there came through for me and were so nice over the phone too. They also made me a believer of jumpsuits. Thank you so much!

The clerk is very rude, has a problematic attitude towards customers and is prejudiced against people. Face eye-rolling and denial of service from shop assistants. Originally wanted to buy several clothes, finally because of the attitude of the shop assistant did not want to buy!

before work ,my friend and i had few minutes to spear. we walked into Splendid and immediately were gritted by friendly and sweet young lady(store representative). Ariel and Daniel were so nice , friendly and professional. They made our day!! to ALL - SoHo residence GO interact with those girls , you d feel amazing , plus sale is pretty good too.,lol Thank you , great Splendid people, you make a difference!!!
