I needed assistance with sizing and stood at the front counter to wait for an assistant. A gorgeous woman was already assisting another guest, but made sure to catch my eye to assure me she’d help me as soon as she could. That acknowledgment goes a long way! As soon as she was free, she took her time walking me through sizing and different options. She was also still very aware of other guests, and did a beautiful job of juggling everyone and making sure we all received what we needed. Not only does Paloma Wool cater to detail and quality, but their service does as well. Thank you Jaela💖

I had a great experience at the pop up and was helped out tremendously by the staff since I wasn’t aware of how their shopping system works. The clothing is beautiful and seeing all the girls working wearing it also helps gauge size and fit. Everyone was very kind and in great spirit, can’t wait for the next one!

I wanted to give two stars because some of the clothes were cute but really the selection was poor, the wait time outside was weirdly long (the store was basically empty?), the staff lowkey gave mean girl vibes (like another review rightly noted), and then to top it off the wait time for the dressing rooms was also insanely long. We were sitting there waiting for a room for over 30 minutes while looking at empty dressing rooms and after being told it would be a “short wait”. I also had to ask if they had my card because it had been so long and they couldn’t find it. Why? For an empty store with several employees it was so disorganized. Overall just a complete waste of time. Shop online and return things if you need to.

Amazing quality clothes & beautiful store design and location. The staff is also really helpful and friendly if you need anything or want to try something on. Love this brand and definitely will be back!!
