Lululemon's best store in NYC, they have every product you could be looking for. The Define Jacket was available in almost every color and size. Unlike Alo, the staff is very attentive, and the fabric quality is exceptional.

I had a bad experience on their hemming service. I bought two long pants and had it hem. I received an email that the hemming is done and ready for pick up after 4 days I bought from the store to found out that they did not do it because the pin at the bottom is missing. After 4 days no one called emailed about this issue. Their standard hemming is 4-5 days. Then suddenly when I told them I was upset they can do the hemming in an hour. This is crazy! How long can a hemming be done? Uniqlo can do it in an hour but lululemon for 4 days. They better get an employee their that can hem quickly. I was so upset because I wasted my time and I need the pants for conference.

Cashier here was extremely rude to my mom. The same woman had also made a weird comment to me while she was greeting people near the door. Mean girl attitude, should not be in customer service. I wish I remembered her name but she had black curly hair.

A Cashier named Leila was glaring at me with a judgmental look while I was returning an item. Later, when I tried to check out with two purchases, she refused to apply my military discount and insisted that final sale items couldn’t be combined with any discounts, all while being extremely rude. I pointed out that I can get 15% off when shopping online, so why can’t I use it in-store? Is it because of you, or are you the one who makes the rules?
