I just visited this Le Labo location in the Village, and the experience was absolutely fabulous! This store is beautiful, well-organized, and embodies the craftsmanship that makes Le Labo so special. I was expertly assisted by the very friendly and amazing team, who truly embody the brand’s ethos of artistry and care. Expertly guiding me through the brand! Best fragrances, made from natural oils and extracts, and also the coolest people selling them. No pressure tactics, no elitism. Will definitely be a loyal customer. PS, don’t go to Diptyque, it has Pretty Woman judgment vibes.

Matteo helped me out to find the pommade, which is now my favorite hand cream. He was incredibly helpful and he was personable and charming. Overall, Le Labo seems like a great store and I’m excited to come back for more—the quality is unmatched.

My fiancé and I came here to look for our wedding perfumes. 1 of the staff members was helping customers, but nobody else would look in our direction. After the customers left and we were the only patrons in the store, the entire staff still didn’t acknowledge us and actually greeted and assisted new customers besides us. We left without trying anything - we’re not going to fight for your services when you clearly have no desire for us to be there. We were willing to spend our money here but we will find somewhere else.

I went here today and the staffs didn’t assist me and one was focused on the other girl and the others are not doing anything just looking. However I still bought the perfume I wanted because I came there for a reason and good thing, Jose ( the one at the register) was there and greeted me with enthusiasm and was kind enough to introduce some products and benefits. Jose made my experience end well. Thank you!!
