In addition to amazing quality and one of a kind fragrances, I have to say that Michael is INCREDIBLE! This location is close to the Whitney Museum and while walking, I passed by the flagship and so happy I did! Michael made me feel at home! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and provided great service! Kilian offers a wide selection of scents and it can take time before knowing what works for you, but Michael will help you find the PERFECT scent! Also the boutique is so chic! Definitely come by and check out their exclusive scents and see the team!! Michael you are EVERYTHING!❤️❤️❤️

Kilian is probably the best fragrance company on the market but it is only as good as those that help you chose the correct scent. Ricardo Fernandez is amazing at helping you narrow down the dizzying number of options. He spent an hour and a half helping my sister and niece chose their new signature scent. He was extremely knowledgable and patient and took good care of us. There was no pressure to buy anything but after the whole experience I wanted to buy out the whole store.

Michael was absolutely wonderful & made me feel extremely welcome to the store. He made everything about the tasting very luxurious and appealing. I’ve always been a fan of Kilian but the knowledge that he (Michael) has about the brand, the composition of the fragrances is mind boggling. All of the staff at this location was wonderful as well. I will definitely be back to purchase more!

The store space is beautiful and the perfume is amazing, but the best part of the NYC Kilian store is Michael James. He knows the notes of every perfume and how each fragrance dries down. Knowing which Kilian fragrances I already owned, his recommendations were perfect. It’s always a great experience to visit this store!

I had a great experience at Kilian’s shop in New York. Gabriella was so patient, warm customer service and very knowledgeable professional. I initially went there for “Love don’t be shy” but Gabriella helped me pick out another scent that I liked more. I am so excited for my perfume and will definitely order a refill again.
