Looking at customer reviews here, I see that I am not alone and that Hugo Boss is a fraudulent company when it comes to their returns. I returned a suit when the suit my husband got was too big to be altered, even though the sales person said it could be altered. We got $450 in credit that never expires. Jump forward a few years and we want to use the credit. The store cannot find our credit. I contacted corporate and after 2 months never got a resolution. I contacted the store that gave me the credit. They were kind and tried to research the problem. Apparently, they switched systems during that time and aren't able to find credit from the credit # issued on the receipt. They contacted the accounting dept. and was told that the credit was used. Impossible! They're just finding any way to avoid giving people their credit. Absolutely disgusting! I will never buy from Hugo Boss, Boss or any boss branded clothing ever again.

I made two purchases from Hugo Boss recently, that were suppose to be delivered on May 17. When I check the system to find out the delivery status of the products they were still being process. When I reach out to customer sercice they said that they cant help me, I will have to wait for corporate to reach out to them. I also requested corporates information, the supervisor Branda told me that she does not have any contact with corporate and she cant make any promises about when the matter will be resolved. She provided me with 2 options and either of them gave me any assurance or dates when I will receive these orders. This is indeed the worst customer service I have ever experience after spending over $1000 US.

Hugo Boss is not paying a refund on a confirmed returned purchase. I purchased by credit card a suit in a Hugo Boss retail store in Bellevue, WA on August 1, 2022. The suit was not in stock and shipped to my home address. It did not fit and I returned the suit by return shipment using the included return shipping label. The return was confirmed by Hugo Boss by email. According to their Customer Support: " As this purchase was made in one of our stores, a check was issued to you for the refund. It was mailed on 8/22 for the amount of $…” I called and emailed several times telling them that I had not received a check, and that I had not received a replacement check. As of a call to a supervisor on Dec. 20th, they continued to refuse to refund the purchase by credit card or give me a date by which I would receive a refund check by mail.  Hugo Boss a premium brand? Really?

I was fortunate enough to tour the HUGO BOSS, US corporate office on Water Street in Manhattan. The staff and the greeting were wonderful, and the interior branding was phenomenal. Great Experience! The positivity in their work culture is tangible.

Where is your corporate responsibility? You have out sourced your online website sales to a fulfillment company called Trade Global in Ohio who runs a shady operation. This company is helping their clients rip off customers. I bought a pair of shoes from Hugo Boss Online that were never worn. Instead of a sales person or employee of Hugo Boss processing my return it was outsourced to Trade Global at 9271 Meridian Way West Chester, OH 45069 There a person scribbled a nonsensical message saying "there was dirt on the down side of the shoes and wrinkles in the leather". The shoes were never worn and in pristine condition. I called customer service which lied and said they were Hugo Boss corporate, there another person named Latisha who was a Supervisor gave me a well practiced run around. I'm filing a complaint with my Attorney General in NY and in Ohio. You must know this company is systematically not honoring your published return policy. Look online at Trust Pilot/Hugo Boss Online and you will see hundreds of these complaints. As well as from other brands TradeGlobal handles returns for. Dave Cook CEO of Trade Global should be ashamed of himself as should you. It appears Hugo Boss and Trade Global have a system in place to intentionally deny legitimate customer returns in order to fulfill quotas and increase profits.
