Fabulous Golden Goose flagship store. Many unique sneakers, a repair store, a kit of clothing, and also they'll write on the shoes if you want to. The design is great and the service was really good.

Think twice before bringing your $600 sneakers to be “repaired” here. LOL. This is how they “repaired” them the first time (sloppy, clumpy, shiny painting on back) and then “repaired” the first “repair” by completely covering the back with leather, stamping GG logo and doing the worst stitching job which is noticeably all coming out. It is embarrassing to put these on my feet and more embarrassing the store was proud of their work both times.

We bought custom made shoes there I wore them for three hours and then the sole started to fall apart When we arrived at the store they did not agree to a refund and only to change the shoes. The quality of the shoe does not match its price! Customer service in the store is disappointing, They didn't agree to listen and claimed that because the shoe was on display, people had "already worn it" and that's why it happened. I do not recommend buying there at all.

Really bad customer service. We bought two pairs of shoes and a couple of pairs of laces from this store. At no point did anyone mention the “no returns” policy, we tried to return one pair of laces the next day in pristine unused condition, had to wait for 15 mins for a manger who then hid behind a no return except for store credit policy, even though we live 2 hours away from the nearest GG store. Basically they could not care less. After this treatment they have lost 2 customers. If you want Golden Goose shoes, buy them from a retailer who cares about their customers, not from this location.

I brought my superstore to have the bottom re-sole. When I went to pick up, I ran into Alex and Paige, who are super patient and wonderful to help me choose the final finishes for my renewed Golden Goose. It’s such a wonderful experience with them. thank you both.
