Customer service at this store was awful. I accidentally purchased a very wrong size online to pick up in store at Mercer, and realized as soon as I made the purchase. I immediately contacted customer service online but was out of EU working hours. I called the store and the attendant was extremely rude saying it’s my mistake and not theirs (which I know) and proceeded to mock me for shopping sale. I was able to get in touch in with their actual customer support team and was treated exceptionally well - the team proceeded to handle my size exchange considering I got in contact minutes after the order went in. I have been a loyal Ganni customer for years, since their inception in Denmark, and believe the attendants at this store are damaging brand reputation.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store. While I love your products, I was disappointed with the unfriendly and rude behavior of some staff members during my visit. Improving customer service would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience for loyal customers.

Pleasantly surprised with my shopping experience here! "Cool" brands have this image of having snobby/standoffish staff, but the folks at this location are SO nice and friendly! Gave great styling advise and we just had a nice chat overall.

The staff at this store could not have been more knowledgeable and friendly. And even helped me out when I realized the coat I bought was the wrong size. A lesson in how to do retail right.

The attention to detail in this location is immaculate! I was helped by a young lady who just happened to be the store manager and it’s like she knew exactly what I was looking for and more!! Love the staff, location and of course the clothes!
