Love the polos, passed by twice this week to get 9 pieces. The store looks good, but staff need training to be more inviting and courteous. At this price point, the store experience should be improved.

This was my first time stopping into this fantastic location on a work trip with my wife. This store is by far one of my favorites thus far, I’ve been to the others across the country and Canada a few times. Bruce and Sam were exceptional helping me find and fit a new polo for my collection. They were knowledgeable and had personalized recommendations for my wife and I based on our style. It was like we had our own in house team to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. I hope this is the direction all the Fred Perry stores are going with this brilliant example of stylish craftsmanship.

Went in today looking for two polos and the super friendly staff guided me towards exactly what I was looking for. I really enjoyed the shopping process with their support and I am super happy with the two shirts that I got. [Update] I went back to exchange two shirts that weren’t fitting that well and the folks behind the register were rude and dismissive. They did not allow me to exchange the shirts. I don’t think I can be a costumer of Fred Perry any longer because of that experience.

Great looking shop right on the corner! Staff that day was very friendly and helpful! Very much enjoyed chatting about the history of Fred Perry and who wears it! The bad part is how the store is run behind the scenes. I would have to say it's not good. It's a shame to for such iconic brand

After reading all the very negative reviews of the Fred Perry store in Soho I was reticent about shopping there. My experience couldn't have been more the opposite than what others have complained about. The staff, Martin and Christina, were extremely cordial, professional and helpful as I shopped and tried on some polo shirts. I found exactly what I was looking for with their kind and thoughtful help and more so - polos in colors I hadn't imagined would suit me. I will return to shop their again and again!
