I had the pleasure of visiting FRAME while staying in Soho, and it was such a wonderful and calming experience. The store is beautiful and spacious, and the doorman was very helpful. I was only interested in their jeans because they are amazing quality and worth the price, though I haven’t been fully convinced by their other pieces yet. The sales associate who helped me (I wish I could remember her name!) was absolutely wonderful and attentive. She found me a pair of jeans that were sold out online and even offered to hold them for me while I considered how they’d fit into my wardrobe. I returned the next day to purchase them, and the team even gave me 15% off as it was my first purchase. I love that their products are made with natural fibers and truly feel worth the price—unlike some other brands like Toteme, which are overly synthetic and overpriced. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend checking out Frame for their denim.

The stitching is coming undone in multiple places, and I’ve only had the pants for one year. Sticking at the waist, top and bottom of pockets, and on the cuff of the pants legs. The cut of the pants and the fabric is nice, but the factory where they do the stitching is obviously low quality. The stitching is coming undone at points where there’s not even any stretch, and I’m also arguably in too big a size anyways, so the pants aren’t too small.

Frame clothing is expensive but, of course, "expensive" relative. Sometimes it's worth paying for quality. I admire Frame's design acumen, hence my 2 stars in this review. On Frame's website, I put 3 beautiful flannel shirts my cart and I was about to check out but I hesitated. I haven't bought from Frame before so I paused my checkout to read reviews about Frame's quality and their return policy. What I read wasn't good. Customers reported that they never got a refund on returned items and they were ignored. I decided not to check out on Frame's website. I have the good fortune of living in NYC and Frame has a store in Soho. Instead of risking a considerable amount of money I went to Frame to check out the quality of the 3 shirts that I was interested in buying. I first called the store to see if the items I was interested were in stock. The store rep assured me they were. I asked repeatedly just to make sure. I didn't want to waste my afternoon coming to the store if the items were not in stock. The sales rep again assured me that the 3 flannel shirts were in stock and he would set them aside for me. Confident, I went to the store. Upon arrival, this same sales rep told me, "Sorry, we only have one shirt in stock." I called him out on what he said to me on the phone. I would've never come to the store if I knew he did not have the other two shirts. He said that he never said he had all three shirts in stock. Another lie. There was no reason to argue at this point. These were the cards I was dealt and, besides, this a first world problem. Let's check out the quality. Like many customers have said, the quality was subpar. Frame was charging $248 for each of the three men's long sleeve flannel shirts I was interested in purchasing. I, thankfully, managed to find a second shirt I was interested in hanging on a rack. As stated, I appreciated the design language. These flannels looked urban and minimal. The fabric, quality, and construction, however, on both of these shirts were terrible. From what I saw, Frame is overrated. I agree with what many others have said about cheap fabrics and poor construction. I would pay $30 - $60 for these shirts, at most. Obviously, any brick & mortar store has overhead and they have employees and exorbitantly high rent to pay. Still, the prices for Frame's clothing is highway robbery. At Frame, short term gain and greed are at play. I don't trust the positive Google reviews either. They feel like an inside job. Are these reviews fake, written by employees of the company? It's not a question I have an answer for but this company feels shady. Just down the street, UNIQLO is a qualitatively better brand to buy from. Frame is not recommended.

Don’t be surprised if you see a celebrity or two perusing the racks while shopping at this Soho store. Models, actors, and musicians all love this denim brand, which actually offers much more than just jeans by now. It’s definitely pricey but the quality is top-notch, and the variations in style ensure you can find just the right cut for you. Our team always recommends their “L’Homme Athletic” style to guys with bigger legs (any former soccer players out there?!). If you're used to shopping e-comm, it’s great to be able to try a couple different sizes in person to make sure you’re going with the best fit. Pro tip: Go during the weekdays, when the store is quieter and you can get more 1-on-1 support from the staff. They’re super knowledgeable about the different denim styles, so working with them is easier than searching through the stacks on your own.

Amazing, beautiful, and well coordinated store. The lady that helped me pick different fits and sizes was very nice and kind, felt very comfortable speaking about the garments and the brand in general!!
