Let me start with how much I love Cult Gaia. I began following the brand in its baby stages. I really grew to love and appreciate the art form it took on. The materials, the creativity - it quickly became one of my favorite brands. I made a promise to myself that I'd attend a store front to receive my first purchase(s) , knowing I probably would not stop myself from really splurging. I remember seeing the design of the store and it's plans via Instagram and I couldn't wait to visit. 2 years later on February 5th 2025, I was on a late night stroll. I gasped when I looked up and saw the store. I walked in ready and eager to learn more about the brand, the products, with expectation that I would recieve the same enthusiasm that I've always recieved via insta. This was not the experience that I recieved. I was so disappointed by what transpired and even contemplated writing this (as you can see it was well over 6 weeks ago). It still seems to bother me the way the 2 girls working that day, were absolutely horrible to me. When I walked in, I was not greeted. There was "no hello", no "welcome in". Instead, I was asked "Do you need something?", almost as if my presence was an inconvience, and therefore I felt uncomfortable or as though I would be a bother to ask for any help. I brushed it off, and continued to roam and look at the beautiful pieces. They just watched me, without ever offering further assistance, even though I was clearly picking up options and would have appreciated help. After about 30 minutes of any interaction, and being made to feel uncomfortable, I put everything back and decided I would just leave without giving the location my business. I was so heart broken to have this dream of a brand I love shattered. I really hope this reaches someone higher up. You guys are phenomal but the client facing staff and lack of enthusiasm for your brand is killing it. I hope I can one day truly get to experience the brand as I thought it to be, so that I may appreciate the brand in all its glory and interact with someone in the company that shares the same passion I have for it.

I have never had a bad experience at any Cult Gaia store, but this location has gone above and beyond for me multiple times!! Specifically Kathy and Colton, but everyone who works there is so kind, patient and knowledgable. They have taken extra time to make sure everything I try on fits exactly what I’m looking for and have never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase.

Super RUDE and RACIAL, the dark hair associate with a hair bun. When me and my family was checking the clothes she walk straight up staring at us be like you doing ok? And I said yeah just browsing and give us a side eye and walked away. She blocked us right at the door before we left and I don’t know what that supposed to mean. As soon as we walked out of the store she starts gossiping and laughing at us. I still can see her through the window we looked right to each another through window and she seems embarrassed. Such an awful experience and she is such a racist. DO BETTER and HIRE SOMEONE BETTER please if you still wanna run this store. Even we are really interested in one dress we will never buy here so AWFUL!!!

Beware that they have a 7 day return policy on handbags and you have to email them for them to approve the return. But they do not get back to you… buy from revolve or Nordstrom and not from them directly.
