Couldn’t have had a more positive experience. All 3 members of staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Claudio was beyond kind!! He was very familiar with all of the products, and gave great reccomendations. Explained in detail about the bags and all of their functions. Daniel was also very kind and immediately asked me if I needed help, and was hospitable. Shoutout to Mr. Ariel! Would confidently say these sales associates were some of the kindest if not most SA’s I’ve had at a luxury store.

The most amazing warm welcoming sales associates. This is the best luxury shopping experience I have ever had. Everyone was extremely welcoming, kind, and patient especially Ekaterina who helped me when I first stopped in and was so lovely while I decided which bag I wanted. When I stopped in again the next week to purchase my bag it was a top notch experience. Cannot recommend this location enough! Thank you!

It’s officially my last time going into this location. I didn’t show it, but I felt extremely uncomfortable because I saw the same woman who discriminated against me the last time I was in the store. I put a pair of glasses on hold and had all intentions of purchasing them. I put them on hold with a gentleman. I thought I would see when I got in the store, however the sales associate who accused me of having a fake bottega accessory. The last time I shopped was there. I was actually shaking because she did the same thing again where I tried on the glasses and then she was afraid to leave them with me. Don’t bother with entertaining customers if they’re going to treat them all like criminals I left and purchased the glasses online on the bottega website. It was my fault for attempting to even enter the store again. You can totally tell these associates are not accustomed to dealing with a certain tier of customers. Never again.

Scheduled and confirmed appointment with this store through bottega online. Day of appointment I called them to ask about a certain color to view during my visit, and to my surprise, they told me I don’t actually have an appointment. They said they’d call me back in ten minutes, which didn’t arrive until after my scheduled appointment passed. Will try another branch in the future. Waste of time.
